Views from the roof.
Jan and Bill hitching up. But not before Jim had to do a little bit more repair work.
Just needs a few screws to hold up the belly pan. Then they were good to go.

Man those RVs are in there tight. I can't see how everyone would be able to leave at once. Do they just let you head out at your leisure? Or is there some sort of "master plan"?ReplyDelete
cute picture of the dogs!ReplyDelete
Glad you got out of there safely. We were driving to Mesa just about the time everyone was leaving. It looked like a caravan of RVs. Enjoy your day. ~wheresweaverReplyDelete
Looks like the doggers want to hit the road and find some grass after all that pavement-- -grin grin!ReplyDelete

Know and love thy neighbor! LOLReplyDelete
Lots of people thereReplyDelete
They really had you packe in there. Must be taking lessons from sardines... ;c)ReplyDelete
Now I know why you enjoy the desert spaces so much.
just read your blog for thursday....Sam and I went to a samboree last year and I told him never ever ever again....Registration people wouldnt help us and since it was our first we didnt have a clue...as w/ you no one would talk to us and Sam is very outgoing....Sat at a long table and they would talk around you. Some of the women actually would look at you and turn away w/ their noses in the air like the beverly hillbillies had just invaded their party.ReplyDelete
Never in my life have I felt more like looking at a group of people and telling them exactly what I thought of them and their behavior.
Holy Crap ! Well those pics answered the question I was thinking - "Where does everyone park?" Surely that cannot be safe ??ReplyDelete
NO WAY would I be crammed in like that - I'd be terrified.
And what about all the generator gas fumes ??
I'd join Denise and left. Boy that looks like a dealer's busy sales lot! Main thing though is you had fun!ReplyDelete
Rallies are usually packed pretty tight but you can still have fun and it looks like you did. There is always so much to see and do plus reuniting with old friends.ReplyDelete
Great photos - especially the doggies.
That really does look like a dealer's lot! Wow, I'm guessing assigned parking? I would not like being that close to someone else. But I did find myself inspecting roof tops! heeheeReplyDelete
Thanks so much for your photos & prespective of a Samboree.
