HAPPY BIRTHDAY USA

image

Snow on the 3rd of July? Not really, but if you watch the video it sure looks like it. Todd’s neighbor has two cottonwood trees and when the strong winds came through last night, it sure looked like it was snowing. These trees really do make a mess.

We will be staying home away from the crowds today and then tonight we’ll try and keep the girls from freaking out too bad with all the fireworks. Must get something out of the freezer for Jim to grill for dinner. Steak sounds pretty good to me.

Have a wonderful day and be safe.

  1. That does make it look like snow. Cottenwoods are definitely messy trees. Happy 4th!

  2. Steak sounds pretty good to me too. However, not sure what we'll do. We know we won't fight the crowds getting to the fireworks show though.

    Have a good day!

  9. Sure is windy. That cottonwood really reeks havoc with people with allergies.

  10. Jim and Sandie, thanks for becoming followers of my blog. I'm one of those people who are allergic to cottonwood trees. We have them at home, too.

  11. Hey guys,,,thanks for your nice comments on my dad...as always it means a lot! Yes, I have met the woman with the Montana camps and cabins...she has quite the workshop going. We are trying just to have fun with the trailer thing and not make it into a big deal thing...she also does work for other people...we like to do our own thing then sell at the end. but..never say never..I have learned...take care...xoxoxo
