Jim's Projects

Canyon Ferry, MT   High 96  Low 63

When Jim is not out fishing, we need to find him things to do to keep him out of trouble.

Cleaning the fish he's caught.

 

Fixing  broken windows

 

Defrosting the fridge.

 

Installing a new black tank vent cover

 

And the most important one of all. Changing out a burnt power connection


 

The Lord was watching over us. This could have easily started a fire that would have destroyed the trailer.

Then right in the middle of fixing dinner, the microwave died.

Trying to fix the old one. Not happening.             

 

The new one. Of course we couldn't find one that would fit in the space we had, so Jim had to modify the cabinet to make the new microwave fit.


In his spare time, I drag him off looking for ghost towns.

    You are so right....if it’s breakable, it will!!! Glad Jim is so handy and can fix most things himself. Our TV connection from the outside to the TV decided to stop working. TV is ok but something is wrong with
    the connection. If it’s not one thing it’s 10!!!

    It's so cool that Jim can do these fixes. I guess having an RV provides a hobby just by its very nature of breaking all the time. I'm happy that you're not in this heat.

    Just like any house there are repairs to be done. You are so lucky regarding the burnt out power connection. However did you find there was a problem. Jim is certainly handy especially with having to modify the microwave cupboard.

    He's (and you) are doing a great job of keeping him busy and I like the priority of doing projects when not fishing rather than fishing when not doing projects :-)
