Albuquerque, NM High 90 Low 56
Yes, Paul. We have Jim’s fishing stuff with us. Don’t forget – he has a boat waiting for him in Helena.
We are at the Enchanted Trails RV Park. They are a Passport America Park for two nights and then offer a Good Sam discount for the remaining nights. We’ve stayed at this park before and will continue to stay here when we come to Albuquerque.
We got set up before the winds arrived and just relaxed for the afternoon. Jim watched the Nationwide Series race and I read. We met the kids (Jim’s oldest son, Steve and his wife Jen) for dinner when they got off work. Forgot to take any pictures. But I’ll make up for that when we check out Albuquerque.
This was our moon last night.
Glad you arrived safely. Looking forward to your posts and pictures from NM.
ReplyDeleteI've only seen Albuquerque from I-40 but think it is beautiful. The interstate itself is gorgeous and fascinating with all the sculptures and artwork along the sides and in the median.
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to arrive before the winds instead of with them.
ReplyDeleteYa'll are making me want to get out there soooo badly. Have fun!
ReplyDeletePretty moon. We had the same one here.
ReplyDeleteWe are also visiting relatives here in Denver area - Ron's daughter and family. Then his son and other daughter are coming for a wedding. Definitely one of the advantages of RVing.
ReplyDeleteSo you'll be going up I-25 right? Familiar stretch for us!
ReplyDeleteWe have stayed at that park. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteGlad you can spend some time with family. Make lots of memories.
I've taken photos of full moons because I think they're so pretty but they never look the same in the picture. Enjoy your stay at the park.
ReplyDeleteWe will be in Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta in October. Maybe we'll stay at Enchanted Trails before we head to the Fiesta grounds,
ReplyDeleteHave some green chile for us.
ReplyDeleteI have always enjoyed staying at Enchanted Trails. The propane guy in the park is very knowledgeable as well.
