I thought I had turned off word verification years ago. Thanks to Sam’s comment I just found out I haven’t succeeded. I went to Rick’s blog to follow his directions and guess what – my “wrench” doesn’t come up with the same information as his. I’ve sent an e-mail to Rick asking for additional help so please bear with me and eventually I will get this all taken care of.
And I really really want to thank all of you who have taken the time to comment with word verification. I know how much I hate it.
Yea....I'm glad you're turning it off! I decided to comment on yours this morning since Jim's been sick :)
ReplyDeleteI hope Rick can help you...and I hope I can figure out those darn words to leave this comment.
Sandi, go to dashboard,..settings, then comments and uncheck moderation and check no on word verification. Easy peasy...(lemon squeezie?) Hope that helps.
ReplyDeleteRemember if you are using the new dashboard, you have to temporarily revert to the old dashboard in order to make the word verification change. Good luck Sandi and all my best to Jim.
ReplyDeleteI thought you had said you had disconnected it , Donna K beat mre to telling you to switch back to the old display it's easier that way. Have fun and be safe out there. Sam & Donna..
ReplyDeleteI never switched to the new blogger, so I hope I was able to turn off the 2-word verification.
ReplyDeleteAppears to have worked. I didn't have to do a word verification.
