For those of you who still have your Moms here on earth I hope you are able to be with her today or call her on the phone and tell her how important she is.
For those of us whose Moms have already left earth, I pray that they know how much they are loved and missed.
I love you Mom.
(She would hate that I used this picture of her which was taken shortly before her death. Horrors, no lipstick and her hair not combed. But I love this picture.)
Your mom sounds exactly like my mom. She is a beautiful lady without all the extra stuff!
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day to you Sandie! Enjoy your day.
Sweet Picture Sandie.....you mom knows she was loved! Happy Mothers Day to you too.

nice picture of your Mom..Happy Mother's day to you, Sandie!
ReplyDeleteAwww moms don't need lipstick and hair-dos. They need to have soft hugs, great smells and sweet words whispering "I LOVE YOU"

Nice picture, Sandie. And, I can see a bit of you in your mother. Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteNice picture of your mom. This is my first Mothers Day without my mom she new she was loved to the end.
ReplyDeleteLove the picture, and your sentiment - I agree that Mom's don't need all that fancy stuff - they just need to be themselves... Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteHave a great Mother's Day, Sandie.
ReplyDeleteHappy mothers day Sandie.
ReplyDeleteI like your mother's photo. She looks like a real mother looks like. Loveable.
No fancy make up needed.
But I understand why she wanted to dress up. My mother is the same. And I have to say, I like it. It lifts her spirits when she is groomed well. Some times when she is not in the mood she looks worn and tired. That makes me sad.
Our best wishes for a Happy Mothers Day Sandie.
ReplyDeleteYes, I can see the relationship--I like her smile, too.
ReplyDeleteWe won't tell her what picture you posted ;), my mom is still on this side of the veil and I am so blessed to have her, and know her like I do. God really out did himself when he planned this family thing huh? Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day too:).
