Jim told me the first thing I have to do is explain the shirt. He was cold and I couldn’t find his flannel shirt so I grabbed this one out of the closet and told him to put it on. I think he looks cute.
He is doing so well, the doctor said he could come home a day early and even though it took us several hours to get all the doctors coordinated and all the paperwork done, I got him home about 5:00. He really doesn’t have any restrictions – if it hurts, don’t do it. He can’t drive because of the pain meds.
So good to have him home.
He looks awesome! A REAL man ! So glad he is home.

DeleteThat is one handsome man! He looks great!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad Jim is home, now it's just taking it easy. I love it when the doctor says do anything you want, as long as it feels okay. Just tell him to take it slow.
After my surgery in January I pretty much stayed in bed for a week or two, then walked very slowly, very short distances. I really thought I was babying myself too much, but I only did what I felt I could do, and if Jim does the same thing, he'll be good to go before you know it.
You must both be so relieved. :)
