Found this restaurant in Cave Creek and it is fantastic. It's called Oak's Diner and Flapjacks. It sits back off the main street and is only open until 2:00 p.m. But their breakfast was so good (we ate at 1:30 p.m.) I made Jim take this picture so we can remember how to find it again.
